When I read the complains, I wonder if people are not happy with the life insurance or annuity policies or with WFG company itself. If the complains are because of WFG, the way they market the products, then, can anyone recommend a better broker dealer that they have a good experience with?

If the complains are because of policies, permanent life insurance or annuity, can anyone tell me if all life insurances or annuities are bad, hurting people?

Does it mean all US citizens should owning avoid permanent life insurances or annuities completely?

Appreciate any response to my questions.

THANK YOU!

Any representative who is acting in accordance with the SEC and FINRA, will give you detailed information about all products they are selling and their company. That is your right as a customer.I would find a certified CPA and see what s/he recommends. All investments are subject to gains and losses due to market volatility.

No guarantees may be made concerning any fund or product. (Anyone who makes a guarantee is committing a violation.)

Selling things that do not exits seems to be good for WFG. My problem is I personally know one of your "Champions" and he is the world's biggest liar. Try producing something for a living.

I was with WFG for 3 month and I saw 2 major problems (red flags), and then left it. WFG is a company that is a broker for tons of life insurance companies; like GECO insurance is to car insurance companies.

The problem I have with WFG agents is that many of them use a friendship angle to sell insurance so that the buyer doesn't ask too many detailed questions. I've seen agents get creamed by logical and intelligent people ask questions about the fine print in their policies. The agents new all the great "things" about the policy, and they were cool and nice about it too. Once the questions got more difficult, is say the smiles, friendly attitude, and charisma slowly deteriorate.

All of a sudden, they realized that their customer wasn't buying all the hype. They don't know the ins and outs of the policies they are selling, they just pitch all the benefits without looking into the consequences, and they hope the warm sale will prevent the person from asking too much.

Second thing, they steal all their newest recruits closest and strongest prospects. You don't make money until you have a license, but for training purposes they tell you to set up appointments with a "trainer" with your top 25 best prospects.

Until you get a license you, you don't get any of that money. WFG will tell you how great your doing, but even if you don't have your license, they'll encourage appointments. They were actually mad at me for not setting up appointments until I got my license first. They told me the company doesn't work that way.

I said I'm not giving up my best prospects or my prospect list until I can make money off them.

See, they don't like questions from customers or recruits. Your job is to sell the dream of making millions or the nightmare of having no money when you're old: which ever gets them to sign on the dotted line. You use fear to inspire emotion based decisions ...

not logic or reason.

I saw this through my own eyes. I'm a psychology undergrad, and social psychology graduate.

I saw manipulation at its purest. But that's just me.
