WFG = SCAM

To Whom It Might Concern and Anyone Who is Interested in Joining WFG: I joined WFG and followed the steps to create a profile and had access to WFG's platform. Had no idea with zillions of hidden fees until wanted to terminate my agent access and wanted to get out. I have never used the website to transact a single transaction on WFG's platform. When requested for the platform associated with my agent code to be terminated and closed down, hidden fees fell out from the dark and got updated/racked up overnight. THIS IS NOT ONLY UNETHICAL BUT ALSO SUSPECTED AS A SCAM AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS. When

Unable to speak to live customer service personnel

My up-line does not help me to retrieve some information, so I tried to connect with WFG customer support directly. I tried all extensions, but they are all recordings and unable to speak to a live CS with every single extension. They are supportive ONLY when they make you become a member and collect money. This business is a scam.

I got scammed last week by a wfh agent. He was convincing me to join the company before getting any information about the company’s work policy. So when we were talking he said to me that I will have to fill this form to get my background checked and pay $146 can dollar for that and funniest thing was this background check was done within a second. He never explained me that it was registration actually and when I asked him to cancel my payment or send me refund he said it is refundable giving an example buying a product online( he said u have to pay first when u buy something then it’s depends on u, u like it or not) I really got frustrated because he lied to me to become a member. Totally fraudulent service. I want my money back plz help.

Bad customer service - Vishal Parihar

I have my rrsp and I life Insurance through WFG. I changed my banking information and told my agent Vishal Parihar a month prior. He didn't make changes, and I was charged the NSF. When I confronted him he said it's not his fault and didn't even reply to me as to how to resolve it. I would never work with him. Very bad customer service. All they want is your business and once you get the insurance, he doesn't follow up or communicate with the clients.. Never work with him
