How can I get my refund.

According to World Financial Group FAQs you can cancel their service at any time. Just text STOP to 45035. After you send your message, you will receive a reply to your message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this text, you will no longer receive messages. Unfortunately there is no information about money refund.

According to canada.ca, slips are prepared by your employer, payer, or administrator. You should have received most of your slips, including your T4, and receipts by the end of February.
If you have not received, or have lost or misplaced a slip for the current year, you have to ask your employer, or the issuer of the slip, for a copy.
If you know you will not be able to get a slip on time to file your return, or you do not receive them, and you are registered for the CRA My Account for Individuals service, you may be able to view your tax information online.

Outstanding debt 18XQB,.

What is the debt for? I have not worked for WFG for several years.

All of a sudden I get an email that I have outstanding debt of 56.56. No one ever answers the phone at (770) 453-****? I have called each option and never a person.

I even sent a letter to WFG to give me a representative's extension to speak to. I just want to know where the debt came from, so I can pay what I truly owe..
