Do not proceed

Why doesn't anyone in corporate answer the phone? And their agents aren't any better, it's a wonder how these people get business! I.e. Brian Hernandez of Phoenix located at 10000 N. 31st Ave, Suite C316, PHOENIX, AZ 85051. Don't call him or join his team as he seems to have poor customer service skills.

Hello Julyan, If you are in Launch, you will need to locate the email received when you gained access to the platform. This email will contain your Agent ID.

If you are soft locked, you will be able to reset your password by clicking the Reset Password button on the log in screen. If you have submitted an incorrect password 10 times or have not logged into MyWFG in 6 months, you are hard locked out and will need to contact your upline *** for assistance.

Oh thank god I didn’t start I started then I regret starting it and I quit right away saw that you have to get 25 peoples name and then call them no thank you that doesn’t seem right . I read so many bad reviews I was like good you didn’t do it .

Not worth it . I gor my license snd did but mske mant sales. Blessing . I left wfg in feb 2019 and joined a sucessful insurance broker with 34 years of experience . Way better

But there's no big cost to do WFG... costs $100 one time for enrollment.

Then another $400-$500 to get your insurance license....

but after that...??? I don't understand why she would dig into her retirement..

Can't contact customer services staffs

Hello, I have tried to reach out to customer services department and hope that I could talk to any staffs but all I could hear was the "machine" talk. Any advises? Thanks

In which region are you? Usually you have to contact the person that is in charge of you.... they have direct communication with head office.
